i just joined the platform today and I'm hoping this is the path for a healthier me! My weight goal change isnt big, but I'm hoping to track myself on sugars and fats and get a realistic picture of what I'm fueling my body with. If I lost 10 lbs I'd be ecstatic, but more what matters is down the road, making sure I'm eating sustainably and not emotionally or eating just any junk that passes my way. Hopefully some of you can relate? Great to meet you all!!
