Different Daily Goals

On Mondays my listing for Daily Goals under the Food menu is 2,559 calories.
On the rest of the weeks days it is listed as 1,874 calories.
I don't understand this as I did not set 2,559 calories as a daily goal.
This makes it difficult to track my weight loss as I record my progress every day.
For example, at the end Sunday it reported my five week weight would be 246 pounds, Then on Monday it reports my five week weight loss will be 239 pounds. Then tomorrow the five week weight will go up even if I don't eat anything.
