Fat loss goal

I’m not new to the fitness world, but I seem to struggle with losing belly and suprapubic fat. Two of my biggest problem areas. I have increased cardia and strength training as well as having a reduced (safe) caloric deficit and ensuring I meet my protein needs and reducing sugar and fat. So…. Where am I going wrong? Any suggestions or ideas to help?

How much do you have to lose? If you're trying to get to 20% or less bodyfat percentage wise, many times, you have to diet a little harder and "cleaner".

For many of us, fat in that area is last off. For many of us, it requires very low body fat overall to get there. (Niner is right, as usual, about that.)
One thing you can check is your posture, which if sub-ideal can make that area more prominent. Common things are a chin-forward rounded upper back/shoulders upper body posture, anterior pelvic tilt, or a tendency to stand with locked knees. If you do a bit of web searching, you'll find illustrations of these so you can self-assess in a full-length mirror, and you'll easily find remedial exercises if there's an issue.
Loosely, some kinds of sub-ideal posture tend to compress central fat between rib cage and pelvis so it protrudes more, or drop it forward so gravitational effects make it more prominent. With excellent posture, the ribcage is drawn more upward and some of the central fat kind of settles more into the body cavity instead of being pushed outward to prominence.
This may not apply to you, of course . . . but some of it isn't uncommon.0 -

our bodies lost fat in different areas and we have no control over it. even the last time i lost fat and this time, i lost it in different order by area.0
