Need a plan for calorie deficit

Hi this is Ursula, im 50 my weight is 56.70kg my height is1.58 I do a lot of weight lifting workout and I need to be calorie deficit need to lose 1kg that all I’m doing my best with the food but not dropping LOL, any can help me here !! ;)

    Hi Ursula, do I understand correctly that you only want to lose 1kg in total? Do you think it will make much of a difference or is this for a competition that requires a specific weight? Anyway, for such a tiny weightloss then set your weightloss goal to 0.25kg per week and eat the calories given to you. Expect lots of waterweight fluctuations that will hide weightloss, especially given the exercise you do. Weigh your food intake on a food scale.
