Hi all! I'm BAAAACCCK. Yo-yo dieting my whole life and I'm trying to break that cycle through mindful eating, healthy lifestyle changes and loving myself.

So I'm curious, what's your WHY? Why do you want to lose weight?

    At 66 yrs I am over to yo yo dieting and being over weight. I have psoriatic arthritis and my poor knees are not happy. I signed up for Noom for it's 1 on 1 coaching which is no longer offered. I've been a fan of MFP for yrs, on and off. Today I paid for Premium. I'm committed to go back to the gym, food prep and commit to my "Why"- feeling strong, healthy and walking the hills of Greece next year!
