On your fitness journey, what are you thankful and grateful for?

Since this is a season of new beginnings, I thought it would be nice to share specifically what do you feel blessed and grateful for? How have you improved , since the beginning in the year?

I feel grateful to be alive, to lose 8 sizes, to exercise for a half an hour, to not let drinking pop kill me. I have more energy, stamina, and strength than before.

I want to finish the year strong. Good luck for Thanksgiving!

I am the proudest for not giving up.
