I think low Carb could work for me. Sugary foods are my downfall. When I have one I can't seem to stop; that makes me feel like I want to abandon the effort. So, I yo-yo alot and that sucks too. Looking for the middle way and some support. I have a backpacking goal a year and a half away. I am a veteran and get some help from the VA. Would love to join a support forum that I could check in with. Thanks, Greg

My first goal today is a homemade shake breakfast. 2 Eggs, some protein powder and fiber with a Costco protein Shake. Done! Is there a different thread where you check in with how you are doing other than the Introduce yourself threat? Thanks Greg0

You can read the starting posts there, get an idea what the group/thread is about and how it works, then join in on something according to the methods described in the post. Different ones check in on different frequencies, about varied things.
