New to the forums

Hi my name is Darin and I've been dieting since July 2. I've recently in the last few weeks begun exercising with my wife which includes some reasonably long walks. I have now begun jogging on a treadmill 4-5 times a week. I've had fairly good success so far as I've lost approximately 25lbs over the last 8 weeks. My wife has also lost a few pounds and she's been dieting for a couple weeks.

Anyhow I enjoy reading the success stories out here and this site in general has been keeping me motivated. I thought I go ahead and introduce myself to the community.
