what is the best cheese to eat with an omelette?

    i like feta on my omelette. :) it is so good with fresh tomatoes.

    Melt some Laughing Cow cheese in it (I love the creamy swiss, but they have garlic and herb too which is good). I put a wedge of the swiss in my scrambled eggs every morning.

    :love: A good smokey provolone and some feta...if you like mushrooms try to find the wild button mushrooms....soooo amazingly good! Also, if you chop up fresh cherries, make shredded chicken and throw that in an omelete with some swiss...BEST EVER! My mouth is watering now!

    Me, too! I'm sad I read this *just after* I finished today's breakfast! :cry:

    Actually - it's not bad if you make it with spinach and cottage cheese :flowerforyou:

    Made my eggs with Havarti & Jalapeno cheese this morning - YUM! :glasses:

    I cut a tiny slice of velveeta (you could just use the sliced version but it's what I had on hand) in my eggs on Sunday and it was divine.

    there's a saying in my house "feta makes it betta."

    we love spinach & feta omelets (bonus greek olives)
    also tomato & ricotta omelets (bonus: basil)
    cheddar & jalapeno omelets (bonus sour cream)
