Hello. I am wanting/ needing some support and suggestions. I have hypothyroidism, chronic myofascial pain syndrome and fibromyalgia. Being monitored for autoimmune illnesses.

Other than a food scale, weighing everything that enters the mouth, and regular Dr visits to make sure medication is at their proper dose... What else can I do?

I have a walking pad treadmill (cannot fit a regular full size one in any rooms currently. I can get 20 minutes 3 days a week on it. Not what I want by no means, it is a start and I don't flare up too badly. Of course stretching as well.

On the off days, I was thinking pilates or yoga. Which do you find works best for your conditions?

I go to the Dr in a couple weeks to discuss my winter plan. I just need to hear from actual people what they prefer and why so I can think it over and discuss it with my Dr.

I was fit and doing so much. Then 2 1/2 years ago everything hit at once. Now I'm over 200😭.
