This time last year I was down 7kgs from August and now I’m back in the same spot I started. I blame starting a new job that is sedentary and having ridiculous periods that left me iron deficient and exhausted. Anyway, I’ve sorted the periods with an IUD back in September and I’m very slowly getting my iron back on track. I’m just so frustrated with myself that it’s the silly season again and I’m not feeling nice in any clothes and constantly being tempted by food 😖😖😖

Consider making a lifestyle change and not just a diet. Make changes that are sustainable for life and not just short periods of time. Start with just 1 or 2 small changes at a time and even when life gets crazy, stressful and other problems arise( they always do) you can stick to your new lifestyle and not quit. Don’t let these issues take you off your goal. Remener your health is worth it!2
