    I'm in!

    43 (going on 44) year young, full time work sitting on my bum 😂 I used to be a runner and finished 2 marathons, but not struggling to climb a flight of stairs.
    I am not giving up, I'm still young and can get strong and fit again.

    I'm late 40's and restarted my health journey in late October. I have a total of 56 lbs to lose and 40 more to go. Recently rejoined MFP. I gained a bunch of weight during the pandemic and after. I am working on aging with grace and injury prevention.
