What's up folks?
I used this app back in the day and thought I'd use this as well as the calorie tracker.
If you have any tips on how to be in a calorie deficit while NOT going insane with hunger that'll be much appreciated.
Other than that, happy weight loss and gainz gains!

Well, the pointers I'd like to give are:
- be reasonable in the weight loss rate you're aiming for -> slower weight loss = less hunger!
- experiment with meal timing and meal frequency: some people need frequent smaller meals throughout the day to keep hunger at bay, but others find that way of eating increases hunger and they prefer fewer, larger meals. Some people prefer having the largest proportion of their calories earlier in the day, others prefer later in the evening. Some people find intermittent fasting helpful, others find that it makes them lose control when it's finally time to eat.
- experiment with the foods you eat: many people find eating more whole foods helpful because it doesn't digest as quickly as processed foods and is often higher volume. Increasing fiber and protein intake helps many people. Some people find eating low(er) carb more satiating. Others try to avoid simple carbs (added sugar) but find potatoes, etc. filling.
A lot of it is very individual, experimentation is a good idea

That's great advice. Being someone with a big appetite this has been the biggest challenge for me so I'm definitely taking the slow route there0

Great advice from Lietchi as usual.
The one thing I'd add is that some people find high-volume foods more filling. That can be things like veggies in the whole foods realm, but there's also a whole thread here with many different ideas for volume eaters in case that turns out to be you:

Yeah I think those big salad meals might be a nice addition to my meal plans, much appreciated0
