Fat tummy? Normal or bigger health problem?

I have always been thin but for a few years or more my stomach has this weird bump. It's very visible, and uncomfortably shows when wearing tight shirts AND gives me a weird muffin top type look. Am I eating something wrong? Do I need certain exercise? Or is this a medical problem...
I don't know how to insert images so I'll link them.

It kind of scares me and I also can't stand how it looks... it must go! How would I get rid of it? Please help... I'm scared I have some medical problem and that would be no good.

I can't see the pics u linked but I would say if ur worried about it u should see ur Dr 4 advice & just 2 make sure there's nothing medically wrong... I know ppl can build fat deep in the belly & I think that's my problem... My waist measurement is way higher than what it should be 4 a person of my weight & even when I was 105 I had a bump... I think I looked pregnant... Speaking of, is that a possibility 4 u?0

Normal appearing. Ask your doc if you don't think so, but really- you are skinny and that appears in the photos to be a normal woman's body ,unless there is something that isn't showing up.. That is the outline of your pelvic organs and your abdominal muscles.0

ok, your profile headline says "the definition of skinny fat." that's exactly what that is. you need to build muscle and lose body fat. whatever else is in there is your organs, and you can't really do without your intestines. you need to get rid of the layer of fat on top and build muscle to support your organs and internal structure. this will eliminate the flab on the outside and reduce the pooch from the inside.
lift weights, reduce body fat. problem will solve itself over time. if this does not work, check for food intolerances/allergies that may irritate your digestive system and cause bloating.0 -
If it at all puts anything in perspective, I would love *LOVE* to have your body. Bump or no. I see it on thinner girls all the time and just seems normal to me. But dynamitegalxo is right.0

I think that's called a pooch.
one posted commented on what to do for it.
Your going to want to lift heavy. make sure your eating enough, like 1300 - 2000 calories a day.
squats, deadlifts, OHP.
If you are serious about wanting it gone this is pretty much the only way. Just losing any more weight will put you further into skinny fat territory.0 -
Um. Yea. It's completely normal and you look fine.
If you don't like it though, strength train and eat at a very slight deficit.0 -
People hold their weight in different areas. Some have big thighs, some have big bums, some, like you, have a belly. What you are seeing there is completely normal; just because you are 'thin' doesn't mean you have no body fat.
As everyone else has said, weight lifting is the thing that is going to help you.0 -
It looks like a normal little pooch to me. Genetics determine where you store your fat. Eat at a reasonable caloric deficit, resistance train and be patient.0

Thank you everyone. I'll have to somehow get weights to lift but I will try! I do need muscle since I am very very bad at exercising. It's good to know that it looks normal to outsiders, I guess I've stared at it too long so it's started to really get to me. Also no possibility I am pregnant, to answer one of the above questions. I guess it is that pooch thing. I'll try to take all the advice and do my best.0

Since you're just getting started now, make sure you get lifting soon to maintain that muscle mass.0
