Recently Diagnosed with MS

Hi all. I know this platform is mainly for weightloss but I was just recently diagnosed with MS. I am now trying to navigate that as well as weightloss and have found that I’m at all time low with motivation because of my new health diagnosis. You would think that would put my butt in gear, but all the symptoms I have had leading up to this diagnosis have been very hard to deal with. Does anyone else on here deal with MS? How do you manage everyday life as well as weightloss?

Add me as a friend. I have 2 chronic pain illnesses.
I cannot help with the MS but I can listen. We can be there for each other on our bad pain days or a missed workout day or eating too much of our food craving foods.0 -
🙋♀️ I have primary progressive multiple sclerosis. Diagnosed this year. Split infusions complete with my schedule set as May and November moving forward. I take Mounjaro to assist with weightloss goal. Physical Therapy begins in January. Occupational therapy ended this month. I have right foot drop and can't stand for long periods. I joined the Y and take water exercise classes as I learn to manage/listen to my body. I need help with changing my eating habits and increasing water intake.0
