Cannot undo auto renew. Need help NOW. I contacted support and cannot get a human to respond. I am going to the bank today to cancel my card. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

If you are using an iPhone you should be able to manage your subscriptions by going into your settings0

If you can't turn it off, you can call your credit card company and tell them to deny the payment rather than canceling your card. I have never used premium, so I have not idea how to cancel it. Posting this in Chit Chat probably is not the most appropriate forum to get actual action.1
