Keto + weight lifting - any advice?

Can you guys please analyse my meal plan from a macronutrient standpoint? Be as rutheless as you wish.

I wish to be in ketosis and I want to train for full body recomposition - lose fat and gain muscle.

I'm 81kg, 33 years old male, mostly sedentery, skinny fat physique.

I don't wish to reintroduce carbs because of my IBS.

I drink around 1.5L of water per day, use mg/zn supplement at night.

I eat 2 daily meals, as I try to practice intermittent fasting and it also helps with IBS.
