Hi I’m Crystal, I live in NC now for 14 years. So I’m trying to figure the macros, I don’t think I’m eating enough. Eating ‘enough’ was my mentality, so this is a new concept.

Hi Crystal! Welcome to MFP.
Don't worry too much about the macros yet. Just start with calories.
Enjoy your journey here.0 -
Hi @CrystalCrosby2023 welcome to MFP.
Focus on the calories to start with. Macros will fall into place once you get more comfortable with the process.
You’re not going to fail, or die of starvation if your macros aren’t quite right. Mine seldom are.
One thing that has worked for me, every Sunday I change my nutrition view to 7-days and review the data. I find that my weekly average is usually pretty good, even if the day-by-day numbers aren’t. I can live with that and it sure reduces the daily stress.1
