    I weighed in this morning at 213.6. So I have lost 10.4 lbs since Oct 27th. I am kind of in disbelief. I have worked really hard and it is paying off! 😀

    Heaviest Weight= 332.2lbs 1/26/2020
    Goal weight = 140-150lbs
    Got down to 278.8 on 8/2/2020
    Everything in my area shut down in April 2020 so I was able to maintain for a while but my meetings were cancelled and the gym shut down and my depression got really bad and the weight piled on and now I can’t get it back off.
    Today’s weight 331.6

    You can do this, @cory17 ! I was at least successful in not having pizza last night. The struggle is hard -- especially when you just want to have something easy and satisfying. But you've got this. Just look at all your success so far!

    Just compared wt 2023 wt log with 2022; up 10# since this time last year. Time to get this runaway weight train stopped and reversed.

    Heaviest: 178 two or three years ago, then got wt down into the 150's by the summer of 2021. Gained back into the 160's last year and held it there until this summer. Slow regain happened. End of June I was 166, by end of August I was 174.8. Have been bouncing between that number and 172's all fall. Evening snacking/eating is my nemesis.
    Anyway, here's I go ... { resisting urge to say "again" }

    Dec 1st: 172.8
    2nd:172.8
    3rd: 174.2
    4th: 174.6

    @cory17 Maybe not off limits, but at a different time of day, where you have more time to burn them off, or drink a lot more water (so lunch, instead of dinner). But at least you know now and can plan for it.

    Welcome, @Lynn__W! I hope the accountability helps you reach your goal!
