Hi,
I absolutely love the realdose shakes and I have lost 3 kilos in 3 weeks without any other changes. A good source of information about the product can be found on http://mealreplacementshakes.us. To summarize it. Pros: low calories,a lot of nutrients, all natural, easy to make. cons: expensive0 -
Is there a reason you want meal replacement shakes versus eating actual food?0

if I am in a rush and HAVE to have SOMETHING to eat NOW, but dont have time for a full meal, I just drink bodylogix all natural protein powder mixed with whole milk. Its about 300 calories, very filling and tastes great!
You should always aim to eat real food though when you can. Those meals in a can are full of processed garbage.0 -
Shakeology or IdealShape. The canned stuff on the supermarket shelf are bad, but not these.0

When I was looking into MRS I chose IdealShape. It's not a Multi-Level Marketing company and had the lowest cost per "meal". I tried two a day but found my calories too low and felt awful. Then just used it for breakfast and found it worked well. I used the chocolate and vanilla, both taste pretty good and mix well with different things (fruits/berries, PB2, cow and almond milks, OJ). Once I ran through my ordered I switched to a straight protein powder and have been fine on it and it's cheaper.
I decided to do a MRS/protein shake for breakfast because I'm not a morning person and it's the easiest option for my schedule to mix up a shake and drink it while I'm getting ready. If I didn't do a shake, I'd probably skip breakfast and end up grazing too much or I'd pick up something to eat going out the door like a candy bar and a soda. And I get really moody when I don't have breakfast.0 -
I use the wonderslim shakes and have gotten great results so far. Some flavors taste really good even with just water mixed in and I feel full for a good two hours at least.0

Depends why you want them!, is it for a Quick meal if you don't have time or dieting purposes. If it is a quick meal I understand, but if it is for dieting......none of them, healthy eating under your caloric goal would be your answer;)
If for a quick meal I recommend shakeology!0 -
Do you mean something you can buy in the store, or any drink? I love my morning breakfast smoothie; I just combine yogurt with fruit and nut butter, add in water and ice, and blend. (Example: 1 cup Greek yogurt + 1 large banana + 2 tbsp peanut butter + water and ice.) It meets my macros perfectly and fills me up.0

I like the pre-made "High protein" Slim-fast shakes.
20 grams protein, 2 grams carbs, 180 calories.
Tasty chocolate flavor, very easy to find, shelf stable (although they taste better cooled) and no preparation.0
