Hello everyone,
My name is Stephanie. I’m 34 years old. I’m seeking advice on what is the best way to log home cooking meals on this app. I skipped login my meals because I have a hard time being accurate with login every ingredient on my meals does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you everyone:)

It is harder to log a homemade meal. But easier to be more precise, and SO MUCH HEALTHIER,!
Put your ingredients in the recipe builder. It's more precise, and easier to me, to use a food scale. Weigh your finished product, then weigh out your portion to get the percentage of it you ate.
If you don't have a food scale, measure carefully, even things you never measure--like mayonnaise on a sandwich.
It will be hard and you won't be accurate to start. But you'll learn!
Good luck! Enjoy the journey!1
