Hello all of you fellow motivated friends. I’m on a mission.
Mission - Be Strong. Be Healthy. Be Happy. And run a 10K in 14 weeks. Just in time for a St. Patty's Day Run. ☘️
Weight loss has been a struggle for me for quite a few years. About 5 years, after a divorce I discovered running. I found myself happier, healthier, stronger… physically, mentally and emotionally. I got away from it after an unexpected surgery and a situation that lead me down a road of becoming a person who wasn’t living her best life! Now, I’m old enough to know better and I’m wise enough to know the things I need to do for myself and fitness is 100% a vital tool! I’ve also come to realize during my wise older years….life can be hard, full of life lessons, but having support from friends makes these lessons just a little bit easier to learn. One of the key ingredients in success is having motivating, encouraging, inspiring friends to push you along the way. 🏃♀️🏃
