Supernatural Fitness workouts?

Hi, I've recently started working out with Supernatural (VR headset - holy cow it's fun!). For the life of me I can't figure out how to get the app to accurately track my workouts. I have a Samsung Galaxy watch that tracks steps, but there is a HUGE difference between steps and sweating my rear end off for 45 minutes in that headset. I do Boxing workouts & "Flow" workouts. Even if I could track generic high intensity cardio for whatever time I put it that would be closer than the steps I am currently getting. Is there a way for me to put in a manual workout (in the app) so I can have more accurate tracking?
