Such an open-ended question, let's see if we can't narrow this down somewhat...

Do you have a preference in culture? Chinese, Indian, Hispanic, German, Mediterranean...
Do you have a preference in meat? Fish, chicken, pork, beef, vegetarian...
Do you have access to a full kitchen?
Do you have a time limit (e.g. <30 minutes) or can you spend hours waiting on a crock pot or slow roast?
Are you cooking for one person or more?
Does anybody have any allergies or other dietary needs?
Do you have budget restrictions requiring super-cheap food selections only?
Are you looking for something to serve fresh or to store and reheat later?
Do you want something low-calorie? Low sodium? Low carbs?

Without any kind of direction from you, responses could run the gamut from tomato soup and grilled cheese to a four-course Thanksgiving-style feast.

    Nossmf's questions are useful.

Short of answers from you, one resource is the MFP blog's recipes section here:

    https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/recipes/

I've made a few of them that looked good to me, or riffed on them with some personal variation, and the results were tasty.

You may also get some inspiration from reading other threads in this part of the Community, or the Food and Nutrition part.

    Best wishes!
