I have used mfp on and off for the last decade, usually when I'm feeling like I need a little help reaching my goals. I like to maintain on my own, but now and then (like lately) I'll notice I've gained enough where my clothes start to get a little too tight and I'm just feeling sluggish.
5'6" and currently at 143lbs. Looking to lose about 10lbs. I use a combination of weight lifting, pilates, and overall daily step/activity goal with a high protein diet.
