Is there a way to create reports tracking specific foods vs micro/macronutrients?

I'd like to set goals and track specific food like red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, veg, protein, fats, vegetables, & fruits.
I haven't figured out if/how this can be done.
I would appreciate any tip/info. Thanks

You can track protein and fat because they are macronutrients.
MFP doesn't track types of foods, only calories and the nutrients they contain.
So for the other things you mention, the closest you can get is to customize the meals in your diary and create meals per type of food instead of per mealtime (max 6). Not actual goals can be set that way, so it would require some head math to keep track.0
