2. Can I track Vitamin C
3. Can I track Folic acid
4. can I track Omega 3 fatty acids
5. Can I track iron
6. Do I need a premium membership to track these and how much is that?

    1. All of them, unless you call alcohol a macro.
    2. Yes, if you conscientiously pick entries from the food database that accurately reflect it.
    3. No.
    4. No.

    6. No. I don't know how much it costs - maybe varies by country and sometimes there are special offers.

With the micronutrients and vitamins you really need to check the database entries as this is a worldwide app, and all this nutritional information is not a must in most countries, and hence is not available in many database entries. The same is probably true to all other similar websites/apps.
