Uploading rotated images

Are the site / app developers familiar with an issue that sets images uploaded images from a laptop / pc to sideways?

This wouldn't be an issue if you could upload more than one image to the app version or you could rotate images once uploaded.

Honestly guys, sort it out.

We are sorry to hear your photo is not displaying correctly. It's possible the image may have auto-rotated.

To get this corrected, you may want to try adding the image from your computer. Here is a link on how to rotate the image (depending on your computer) then you can save the image and re-upload it to our site, at www.MyFitnessPal.com (just use the same username and password as the app). http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000990.htm

If you are working only with an iPad, the Camera Roll app has an "edit" button when you are viewing a single photo, and there should be a "rotate" icon there. We would recommend trying to rotate the photo in the camera roll then updating your profile.

Weirdly I found a solution to the issue.

If I'm uploading from my Phone/Camera/DCIM folder they'll ALWAYS but rotated.
But, if I clip the image with a image snapper like the one on windows and save it, it uploads fine.

I hope this helps whoever else has this problem.
