confused with inch loss/gain

Options
my weight loss is slow. i knew it would be as i am limited as to what i can do exercise wise as i have CFS and fibromyalgia. i make sure i track my calories on here though.

i thought i might be spurred on by keeping track of measurements as i read that some people see inch loss but not so much weight loss.

i'm a typical pear shape with huge thighs and i know that the weight will stick to those thighs for as long as it can. i thought doing squats may help.

measurements today show that my waist and hips are smaller but my thighs are even bigger. obviously squats and my thighs are not a good combination.

i know its not possible to spot reduce flabby bits but could anyone give me info on any firming exercises i can carry out at home (sadly i'm not well enough to do the jillian michaels stuff)?

Hi, i am a typical pear with HUGE tights and calves as well. If you can't cope with jilian's stuff maybe this can help?

this is "Start walking at home 3 miles with Leslie Sansone", a 45 minute walking exercise that is mild enough for someone like me (who rarely exercise) to complete the whole set for the first time.

    Good luck

thank you for your reply and link :flowerforyou: i'll give that a go. beauty of it is i can do it at home and crash out when i've had enough without worrying about being stranded somewhere and not having the energy to walk home (yes, this has happened!).
