Evening everyone, I’m a newbie here so I do hope this is not a silly question. I’m trying to log a session of Aquafit however I can’t find it for looking. Does anyone know where I can find it or how do I go about creating it. Thank you in advance

You would just log it in the cardiovascular section as "water aerobics-water calisthenics". There is no entry specifically for "Aquafit" which is a branded name for water aerobics
