Having 2 people on premium when share a Google account,

Hi,
Trying to set me wife up with premium, I already have it, she has her own account on her own phone, we have a shared email/Google account for all normally things but did different emails to login to my fitness pal.
Issue we are having is it won't let us sign my wife up for premium on her phone/account as it says we are already a premium, then get an "error 8"
