Life "after" 100 lb weight loss

My struggle with weight has gone on my whole life (nearly 50 years). I've learned a ton and built great habits to both lose a great deal of weight, but also to keep it off. I still have my ups & downs, but overall feel like I'm in a better spot than ever before. This graph tells a huge portion of the story (32 year time scale):
153 at my best, 288 at my worst, 175 today.
I want to share to inspire others, but also get support for what the future holds. I am excited and nervous for a tummy tuck next year to remove the extra skin and I still want to improve to better maintain weight, improve fitness and avoid the pain I already experience due to aging and so many injuries.
WE CAN DO THIS!
