Menu Rearrange and Negative values

As more and more new features comes to the app (which is good), the friend list moves down in the menu list with each new feature.

It would be great to have an option to rearrange the menu list's order ourselves.

Moving forward the app should have an option to allow accepting negative values in the Diary. For example if I had fixed meal from the shop with rice but I did not eat all of the rice I could deduct that from the Diary by adding a negative rice amount.
(I know some foods only have values for 100g but where you can see the "value per pack" it would definately help).
