How the heck do you cancel this subscription and get a refund. I can’t get rid of it and just got the charges

    I would call your financial institution and have them cancel the charge.

    I don't think you can get a refund, but you can cancel your service so it doesn't renew automatically. I think the agreement you made says you'll pay in advance and have it automatically renew unless you cancel.

    If you cancel before your renewal date, you won't be charged for the next period, but once you pay in advance, I think there's not much you can do.
