Body builder

I have been using the MyFitnessPal app and I have been tracking my calories and also I’ve been ordering from Uber and trying to get the highest calories that I can find eating healthy and I’m having a hard time bulking eating two plates at once but I’m trying to fit it in I’m drinking a lot of water 32 ounces to 36 ounces. I was 107 pounds. I am now 125 pounds. I am trying to build my body into the perfect body. Do you have any tips? Please share them with us

    Carbs will be your best friend in a bulk.

    I'm hoping 32-36 oz of water being "a lot" refers to per meal, rather than for the entire day.
