Good morning, I’m Tina. Recent breast cancer survivor, recovering from major surgery. With that behind me I am looking forward to daily progress with strength, endurance, flexibility, and healthier eating in 2024. Let’s DO this!

Hi, Tina! That's a wonderful ambition, and well within reach.
I'm a non-recent breast cancer survivor, stage III locally advanced BC diagnosed in 2000, bilateral mastectomies without reconstruction, chemotherapy, radiation then hormone therapy for some years after,
I think maybe similar to you, soon after treatment I decided that if I wanted to regain normal strength and energy, I was going to have to work on it . . . and once I got started on improving fitness, I wanted more than just getting back to baseline. I became much more active than I'd ever been before, and loved it. Unfortunately, I was overweight/obese, and stayed that way for another dozen years even while quite athletically active. Finally, in 2015 something clicked, and I lost weight using MFP. I've been at a healthy weight for 7+ years since.
I'm cheering for you to make progress with your goals. IME, that kind of effort is very much worth it. Best wishes!0
