Hello,
I am new to the IF, however, I have diabetes and was wondering if it is safe to do this. I picked 14 hours fast. Any feedback is welcomed.
Thank you

Well it depends, there's diabetes and then there's diabetes, so I would suggest you talk with your doctor before doing anything. IF can effect medication as well, so another reason to talk to your doctor. All that aside. Anytime a diabetic's blood sugar environment stays above base line where your asking the pancreas to pump out insulin is not ideal for a diabetic, so reducing the amount of time someone is eating during the day and the more time your blood sugar hovers around base line is a good thing for a diabetic and can promote insulin sensitivity, which IF does, so there is that.0
