Any groups in Mobile, AL?

    Hi Hanna. Welcome to MFP.


    MFP doesn’t have groups in locations. We’re scattered all over and communicate through the app.

    I’m not sure, but I think even Weight Watchers is dumping the group format in favor of semuglutide injections.

    That said, I’ve found some very lovely, supportive online friends here on MFP, including some in Canada, and Europe.

    Best suggestion- be active here on the boards. Read. Absorb. Support others to receive support yourself. Find members whose advice you respect or who seem to have goals similar to yours, send a friend request, and build yourself a network.
