Intro and question

Hello, everyone! I'm Constance and my goal is to lose over 100 pounds, so I have a long way to go! (Well, it was gained over a period of twenty years!) Can you please help me with a question? How do I customize the amount of food I'm eating when I log food consumption? For example, if the only measure given for a food is one cup, how do I enter that I've eaten just half a cup? (I do adjust the amount and click on save, but then the adjusted amount doesn't show up when I go to "Add Food.") Thanks in advance for your help!

You should be able to type in the "number of servings" box, replacing the 1 (cup) with 0.5 (cup). You would want to do that within the "add food" process, not somewhere separate.
Are you using web browser MFP, or the phone/tablet app? I could outline the steps for either one, but it would help to know which you're using.0
