    Good morning! Today Iā€™m 70 years old and starting all over once again. I have managed to gain 10 lbs in the last month or so. I need to lose and keep it off. I need motivation I need a buddy to keep
    Me motivated. I am tired of being overweight, most of my health issues are more than likely from being overweight. So the doctors tell me to lose weight. It is so hard
