    'Sup Jim? Greg here. formerly 430lbs, currently 200lbs. My goals are fat lost and muscle gain! I want to be stronger and more active. I am trying to concentrate on healthy, simple, whole foods in a 2100 calorie allowance. Trying to avoid artificial sweeteners and artificial foods. Daily exercise.
