Hola i am new here I dont understand very well this App it tells me MY GOAL IS 1670 I presume this refers to caloris right? NOW... IS THAT I MUST EAT EVRYDAY THIS AMOUNT OF CALORIES?
So what happen if I eat bellow that.. I wont lose the weight or something? Im a bit confused sorry...

When you set up goals at the beginning, did you tell MFP (My Fitness Pal) you wanted to lose weight, gain weight, or stay the same?
If you told MFP you wanted to maintain your current weight, then eating 1670 calories each day will keep your weight the same. If on the other hand, you set a goal to lose 1 pound a week, eating 1670 calories each day will help you do that.
MFP does the math for you, but everything is estimated.0 -

Hola!- 1670 would be the calorie deficit that fits the goal you put in for weight loss. If your goal was to lose 1 pound a week, this would be the daily calories that you should try to meet. You may be slightly under or over it most days.
- If you exercise a lot and log it, it will add additional calories for you to eat.
- If you have a big dinner like your birthday or Christmas, you can eat up to your maintenance calories. Which would probably be 2,000 to 2200. Eating at maintenance every day means you won't gain or lose--you remain basically the same.
- This number is a guideline--a best guess. If you eat around 1680 every day for a 2 months and you are tracking correctly, you should see a weight loss. If you lose too fast or slow, you can adjust the number.
- When you lose a significant amount of weight, the number may change.
For right now, you should eat around 1680 calories a day unless you are extremely active or working out that day. It doesn't have to be exact. You can eat slightly under or over it--but try to stay close to the calories.
If you have a heavy workout day, you would use the exercise tab to add those calories to your amount for the day. For example, if you walked 40 minutes slowly that day--you may add 90 calories to your 1680 calories for the day. Your available calories would then be 1770 because you added exercise calories.
