Fighting for a better life

I am going to the gym 3-4 times a week.

    Hi Jasmine @bibber2000

    I started here at age 56, not exercising and eating tons of American junk food.

    I lost 40% of my weight, and even decided to add some weight back (without adding clothing size or inches) to accomodate muscle from lifting weights.

    Set a reasonable goal, do it methodically, and learn habits that will help you maintain your lower weight once you achieve it.
