Hello everyone!

My name is Vassili, and I want to share my story of change with you. In 2021, I faced two big problems: alcohol addiction and being overweight. That year, I decided to completely change how I live.
My first big step was to stop drinking alcohol. I also started learning about biochemistry and psychology. This helped me understand my body and mind better. I lost a lot of weight, going from 120 to 83 kg! Most of this weight loss happened in the first six months. But the real challenge was changing my habits and how I thought about food.
Now, I keep my new weight and lifestyle, but my journey isn't over. I've found a new passion: triathlon. I am just beginning this journey, but it's becoming a big part of my life and dream.
Yes, I still need to lose a bit more weight to be in the best shape for a triathlon. My plan is simple: regular exercise and balanced nutrition. I'm here to share my experiences, learn from others, and maybe inspire someone with my story. I'm looking forward to sharing tips and getting support from this community!
