Hey guys, I’ve been lifting for about 2 years now but this is the first year I’ve done a bulk. I’ve been struggling to find good protein and calorie filled meals to bulk up, if anyone has any recommendations I would really appreciate the help.

Any whole meats like steak, chicken, pork, dense carbs like potatoes and rice, and eat at least 250 calories a day over your TDEE.

Good ideas for proteins: Salmon, tilapia, chicken, tofu, tempeh, cottage cheese, yogurt
Took them from this link
Carbs: Bread (I prefer non-white bread), fruit, chickpea, sweet potato, potato, oats
Other stuff: Nut butters, hummus/tahini, milk (add to coffee, tea, and other recipes), olive/avocado oil (to drizzle or cook),1 -
I usually find the meals where I get the most protein are the meals where my calories are lower, since the meat is the focus. Sometimes I have to add spoons of peanut butter in order to up my calories as much as I want, though usually once I hit my protein goals for the day I simply enjoy dessert.2
