Weigh before or after Exercise

How do most people weigh: first thing in the morning or after exercising?

    The general consensus is to weigh in first thing in the morning.

    But ultimately, if you understand what the number on the scale represents AND you aren't emotionally tied to that number, it doesn't really matter when you weigh in.
