Hello how can I track added sugars?

I'm also 68, but have been here since age 59 (weight loss then maintenance). This app can be a help!
Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to track added sugars with MFP. It's possible to track total sugars, assuming that one selects accurate entries from the food database. That total will of course include inherent sugars in things like fruits, veggies, or no-sugar-added dairy foods.
Some people find that the simple act of logging what they eat helps reduce sugar intake, because we see those calories adding up.
