Starting the new year right

Hello all! I know this is cliché to say, but I am, I have joined a Stepbet that begins the 1st of the year and lasts until Feb 11th. I have struggled with keeping track of eating and exercise, I always just forget and do other things I need to get done. I am going to set up in my google calendar time aside just to get a 10-15 min walk in everyday. I also need to focus on self control and I plan to do a 12 hour fast everyday, between bedtime and waking up will be most of it. Just wanted to say hi and find a community to work well with.

    I'm also starting in 2024 after a difficult year and some self neglect. Aiming to walk at least 1km every day. Also aiming for 8 hours in bed each night and half an hour each day of either reading or listening to music to relax as I am a real stress eater.
