This oldish lady trying to lose about 30 lbs. help!! I start off great and dwindle down during the day. I’m 66 yo. Walking the dog seems to be my exercise. I’m a snowbird now so I shouldn’t complain about the weather. Trying…..

Welcome! I struggle with staying on track as the day goes on too! I try to workout first thing in the morning so I can check that box, but it’s been tough to stay in that routine lately. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can motivate one another!0
