Attempt 99 at MFP

I love this app! But I always fall off track. I'm 5'2" female -148lbs looking to lose 20 lbs. Im a mom of 5, married, work full-time at home, and going to school online full time. I have a fit bit , treadmill and bike and local rec center membership. Eat vegetarian/plant based. Would love some accountability buddies. Always up for step challenges on stride kick,. Let's get healthy together 😁

    You sound really busy! For how long do you plan to keep this schedule? You'll need to think about time management all day, every day.

    Hi there! looks like we have similar goals and similar starting weights (busy mom working full time and I sit way too much as part of my office job). Also recently started eating more plant based. Would love to share ideas/meals, as I'm having a hard time hitting my daily protein goal. Sent you a friend request.
